About the Artist
Giles was born in May 1947. He studied Fine Art
at Perth Technical College and completed an Associateship in Fine
Art at WAIT (now Curtin University) in 1971. Giles travelled
extensively from 1971, spending extended periods of time in the USA,
England, Europe and Asia, returning to settle in Fremantle in 1989.
