Artist's Statement
"The work in this exhibition is a layering of
aesthetics - a combination of natural and suburban inspiration. Most
days I spend driving in my little bubble car - musing through the
streets of Hamilton Hill and beyond."
"I’m both fascinated and shocked by the utilitarian streetscape, the
industry - activity - development - architecture - house building -
roads, signs and more houses."
"In my studio I mimic the construction that surrounds me and try to
find beauty in it all."
