About the Artist

I was born and grew up in Port Elizabeth South Africa. Having attended school in Rondebosch Cape Town.
After finishing I returned to Port Elizabeth where I worked as an Engineering Draughtsman which later led me into art field. I have now been a professional artist since 1976.

Having exhibited in Dublin Ireland on two occasions at St Stephens Green, plus I have a number of paintings with The Green Gallery Dublin.

My subject matter comprises South African, North American, and European landscapes and seascapes. The medium I use is oil on canvas board. I am also involved in art restoration and do my own picture framing, and hold art classes...
and I do take on commission work.
