About the ArtistJoel Spencer is a watercolour artist currently living in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, Australia. He produces original watercolours that are known for their moody qualities. He uses the luminescence of the paper to produce evocative, glowing pieces. Joel's favourite subjects are natural Australian landscapes, cityscapes and various impressionistic forms.
