About the Artist
Karen Murphy has hand her hands in clay all her
life but began sculpting in 2003. She is self taught as an artist
holding an M.A. in psychology and is a retired family therapist now
working as acquisitions editor for a small publisher on Whidbey
Island in Washington State. Her first public exhibition was in July
2003 as part of the Bellevue Arts Fair with the Rest of the Best. |
